Privacy and resident-use terms
These terms are intentionally narrow: this web app exists to help residents understand schedules and find possible trade conversations while keeping Amion and program processes as the authority.
Residency Trader is a resident-facing schedule review and trade-discovery tool. It helps approved residents view synced schedule information, browse rotation coverage, and identify possible trade conversations. It is not the official approval system for schedule changes.
Amion remains the schedule source of truth. Program leadership and existing program processes remain responsible for final schedule changes, approvals, and policy enforcement.
Approved resident users can view residency schedule information needed for schedule browsing and private mock matching. The operator can monitor account access, sync health, and rotation mapping, but does not review residents' private searches.
Do not enter patient names, MRNs, clinical details, or other patient information anywhere in this app, including saved mock-search names or account fields.
Residents are expected to use the app professionally, to mock only trades involving their own active schedule, and to coordinate any real trade through the usual resident and program channels outside the app.
Use your own email address and do not share your account. The operator cannot view your password; if you need access help, the operator can send a reset link to your email.
